Meet The Team

Gavin McGuire Director

After originally setting up a successful estate agents in Southport over 15 years ago 2023 was the time relocate to Liverpool. A big move from a small town to city life. The challenge has been amazing and to meet plenty of new Landlords and Tenants. Liverpool is a growing city with lots of international landlords looking to invest and Virtue is here to help. Away from work I help train girls football at Burscough FC which is almost a full time job but great fun. Virtue believes in the community and here to help.

Stephen

Stephen is the old hand of the company with over 40 years of experience with buying, selling and building clients portfolios. Stephen is always on hand to show people around the properties and if you getting talking to him there is no one he doesn’t know and there is nothing he doesn’t know about Liverpool born and breed he is your man to talk to.

Lindsey McGuire

Lindsey is actually a full time scientist for the NHS and was at Royal Liverpool so knows Liverpool really well. As you can tell by her job title she is the brains in the back office. In her spare time she helps out with all the paperwork and admin which is not Gavins thing, she is the worker Gavin in the talker.
